This tool is used with the consent of the cell phone owner to perform the tracking of cell phones via satellite imaging with Google Maps and my database.
This feature may be used by parents to keep track of their kids, employers to keep track of their employees, and so on.
You are responsible for the use of this feature in a lawful manner. This service will be a service that requires monthly payments in the very near future.
You are prohibited from using this feature to track vehicles.
For obvious reasons this feature will be mapped to include the required registration process which we are working on. You would not want someone tracking you that you do not know would you?

Instructions On Use
There are 2 ways to get the app on the phone. You can use a data cable and install the app with a program. I tested the motorola i355 phone and installed the app with this:

If your phone is motorola and on the CDMA networkm you can use a tool called Midway. You'll have to google it to figure out how to install it.
The second way is to move the 2 files onto your phone and then using your phone, browse to the .Jad file on our server @ http://www.scottcountyconstable.com/GPSTracker/phone/lbsmidlet7.jad
Yes, this can be a little tricky. We offer installation for GPS phones at the rate of $10.00 USD per phone. It is your responsibility to ensure that both your phone and provider are compatible. Also, we will verify the ownership of the phone PRIOR to the installation. YOU MUST BE THE OWNER OF THE PHONE TO USE THIS SERVICE.
