(1). Yes, the entire phone app can be a little bit overwhelming. We know this and that is why we are offering a $10.00 USD setup fee for the phone. Also, because we cannot reasonably use up our allotted bandwidth for free, coupled with the fact that we will be receiving too many requests for this service, we are charging $10.00 USD per month for this feature. All major credit cards are accepted.

(2). At this point we are unsure whether or not the service will work outside the United States. We will offer individuals free setup and one month free service for the testing of this issue. Once testing has concluded, we will have to crunch some numbers to see the reliability, delays, accuracy, and consistency of the service before it is released and offered as a service.

(3). How does the system work? Approximately every 1 minute your phone will transmit to our database allowing our server to record the longitude and latitude of your phone. You need to have a plan that allows for a lot of internet usage or this can be expensive. Once your position is triangulated, you can log into your account and view the coordinates of the phone by Google Maps®. You cannot view any other phone other than yours. You cannot randomly select unknown phones either. The application must be loaded on the phone before it will function.

(4). It is undecided whether or not this service will be on a (1) year contract. To ensure that this service is not abused we are currently setting up the service manually and not automated. For obvious reasons we cannot automate anything this sensitive until all the security exploits are properly analyzed and patched. Therefore, considering the fact that we will spend approximately (1) hour on setting up each individual phone for this service, we must ensure that the service is feasible on our end also.

(5). Your phone must be verified by us that you are the actual owner of the phone. You may not track a phone without the consent of another party and we will not allow you to do this either. You will be required to provide us with documented proof of ownership which we will retain for our records before you track any phone.
